• Colors and Texture: We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our fabrics as accurately as possible. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
• Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

• Order Acceptance: All orders placed through our Site are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in the description or price of the product, or an error in your order.
• Product Availability: All products are subject to availability. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss options, such as a refund or a substitute product.

• Measurements: All fabric is sold in the specified units by the meter. Please double-check your measurements before placing an order.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
• Sales Tax: We will charge applicable sales tax on orders as required by law.

• Cut Fabric: Please note that all sales of cut fabric are final. Due to the custom nature of cutting fabric to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the fabric is defective or you received the wrong item.
• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
• Non-Fabric Items: Returns for non-fabric items (e.g., patterns, notions) may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to initiate a return.

• All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of www.fabricrafts.com or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
